Returns:
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Remember, the return shipping cost is free if we have sent you the wrong product, colour, and size. If you want to exchange the product for a different colour or product, and the customer care representative agrees, then you will be charged for the return shipment and re-shipment.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.
Non-returnable items:
